Dun & Bradstreet was honored to be invited by the Digital Policy Office (DPO) to participate in the “Seminar on Facilitating Data Flow within the GBA and Cross‑boundary Public Services,” held on 15 January in Guangzhou. The seminar brought together government representatives, policy experts and industry leaders to discuss how enhanced data connectivity can support the long-term development of the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and improve the delivery of cross‑boundary public services.

Representing Dun & Bradstreet, Ms. Liren Guan, Director of Product Sales and Solutions for Credit Decisioning, joined the panel discussion to share practical perspectives on the use of D&B Cross‑Boundary Business Credit Reports. She highlighted how the adoption of the GBA Standard Contract creates a more secure, compliant and efficient environment for data exchange between jurisdictions, enabling businesses to access trusted information that supports stronger decision making.

Her presentation illustrated how greater transparency in corporate credit information can help enterprises manage risk more effectively, enhance operational efficiency and improve confidence when expanding across the region. As cross‑boundary commercial activity continues to grow, trusted data and clear governance frameworks remain essential to supporting sustainable development throughout the GBA.

Dun & Bradstreet remains committed to contributing to initiatives that strengthen data connectivity and promote seamless cross‑boundary services. We will continue to collaborate with both public and private sector stakeholders to advance responsible data usage and empower businesses with the insights needed to operate with confidence in an increasingly interconnected regional economy.
