Do Good at Dun & Bradstreet

Dun & Bradstreet’s global giving and volunteering program, Do Good, engages employees and further enables their potential to have a positive impact in their local communities. Our Do Good program serves to support our global CSR initiatives by maximizing donations and providing volunteer support to nonprofit organizations.

Smile Library

In recent years, Dun & Bradstreet China has been actively and continuously engaged in a charitable initiative to provide children in remote areas with opportunities for reading, improve and enrich their reading environments and educational resources. Up to now, we have cooperated with Shanghai Smile Youth Public Service Center to donate and build four Smile Libraries for children in remote areas.

    2024 "Smile Library" Event

    Dun & Bradstreet sponsored the fourth Smile Library at Furongqiao Primary School in Sangzhi County, Zhangjiajie. More than 20 employees from Shanghai, Beijing, Changsha and Hong Kong offices went to Furongqiao Primary School to do the on-site volunteer activities with the theme of "Picture Books +". Volunteers shared lively and interesting stories and made the handicrafts with the children to increase their interests in reading.

    2023 "Smile Library" Event

    With the passing of the epidemic, Dun & Bradstreet restarted the "Smile Library" event in 2023 and sponsored the third D&B Smile Library at the Wangyan Campus of the Eighth Experimental Primary School in Xishui County, Huanggang, Hubei Province, donating more than 1,000 books, bookcases, bookshelves, sports equipment and other related supporting facilities.

    2019 "Smile Library" Event

    Dun & Bradstreet sponsored a library for children in remote areas, donated books, and regularly visited the children to accompany them in their growth.

World Cleanup Day

Every September, Dun & Bradstreet employees in various countries and regions around the world come together to participate in the World Cleanup Day activities on the same week, to protect the green planet and promote environmental sustainability.

    2024 World Cleanup Day Event

    Nearly 80 Dun & Bradstreet employees and their families embarked on a journey of environmental protection again in Beijing, Shanghai and Changsha. They took actions to cool the earth, contributed their own strength to protect the environment and finally picked up more than 30 bags of garbage.

    2023 World Cleanup Day Event

    The second Dun & Bradstreet World Cleanup Day combined Citywalk and environmental protection. This event encouraged our employees and their families to work together to protect the environment while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
