Dun & Bradstreet took part in Tech Fest Summit on 21 May at HKCEC, joining a dynamic community of technology leaders exploring the future of AI, cloud innovation, and enterprise transformation.
As part of the programme, Michelle from D&B shared the stage with fellow industry leaders during the closing debate, discussing a critical question organization facing today: The Dependency on AI Agents: Are We Losing Critical Thinking Skills? The debate exchanged ideas on how organizations can balance innovation with governance—highlighting both the opportunities and challenges that come with scaling AI adoption across business.

At Dun & Bradstreet, we see this conversation as increasingly relevant, as businesses move beyond experimentation to embedding AI into core decision-making processes, just like our collaboration with Claude, integrating our data into AI workflows to deliver decision-ready outcomes. Ensuring trusted data, transparency, and governance will be key to unlocking sustainable value from AI.

Thank you to the organizers and fellow speakers for an engaging exchange of perspectives. We look forward to continuing the conversation on how organizations can innovate with confidence in the AI era.
