About Commercial Credit Reference Agency (CCRA)

Since 2004, Dun & Bradstreet (HK) Ltd. has been appointed by the Hong Kong Association of Banks (HKAB) and the Hong Kong Association of Restricted License Banks and Deposit Taking Companies (DTCA) to operate the Commercial Credit Reference Agency (CCRA) in Hong Kong. Established on November 1, 2004 under the industry’s initiative supported by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), the CCRA collects information about the indebtedness and credit history of business enterprises and makes such information available to members of the HKAB and DTCA for the purpose of granting, reviewing or renewing credit.
